Peace committee meeting concluded in Barmasia OP

 



Jharkhand (Bokaro) Chandankiyari -  The meeting of peace committee regarding Eid festival was held at Barmasia OP police station under Chandankiyari block of Bokaro district.  The meeting was presided over in the presence of Barmasia OP in-charge Chanchal Kumar.  In which the OP in-charge appealed to the local people that all of us should celebrate this festival with brother Chargi because this festival is celebrated by hugging each other and sharing happiness.  



So the same villagers said on the discussion that all of us with brotherhood make not only this festival successful but every other festival in a peaceful manner.  Pradeep Manji, Kumud Mahato, Subhash Mahato, Raman Mahatha, Toofan Sahni, Hasim Ansari, Alok Ghosal, Jalil Ansari, Mazhar Qazi, Amit Singh along with other dignitaries were present in the peace committee meeting.

On this occasion, in the presence of DALSA Secretary Anuj Kumar, the residents of the old age home were informed about their legal rights. After talking to the Civil Surgeon over the phone, he directed to make proper arrangements for better treatment of the elderly. In the camp, senior citizens were given detailed information related to the Senior Citizens Protection and Welfare Act 2007, rights related to pension, property share, protection from fraud, and benefits of government schemes. It was also told how they can avail free legal services for any legal problem or assistance. At the end of the camp, the elderly present appreciated this initiative and said that such programs increase their confidence and help them understand their rights in life. In the two-day camp court at the zonal office, the land reform sub-collector heard 30 cases of mutation

  Ranchi(Bokaro)  In the zonal office Chandan Kyari, Land Reforms Deputy Collector Chas Prabhash Dutta heard 30 cases of mutation. Keeping in mind the convenience of farmers and tenants, the regular court in Chas was replaced by a camp court in Chandan Kyari for hearing. Till now, the court of Land Reforms Deputy Collector has been hearing such cases in the designated office in Chas. To avoid inconvenience to the public and to get their work done in a simple and easy manner, hearing of the case has been started by setting up a camp court. In this, after the tenants themselves bring the desired documents, the case is being executed by matching the documents in the Revenue Department. Although nothing was officially said due to the court matter, but according to the information received, a large number of cases of mutation rejected by the CO level are pending. Simant Urav has been made MP representative of Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Minority and Backward Department of Chandankiyari Assembly

  Ranchi(Bokaro)Chandankiyari:  Simant Orao, a resident of Damudih Panchayat of Chandankyari block under Bokaro district, is nominated as the MP representative of the Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Minority and Backward Class Welfare Department of Chandankyari Assembly Constituency. Dhanbad Lok Sabha MP Dullu Mahato informed about this through his letter on Saturday. On being appointed as the MP representative, Simant Orao made a courtesy visit to the MP's residential office on Sunday. He also placed the problems of the Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Minority and Backward Class before the MP. On being nominated Simant Kumar assured MP Dullu Mahato that I will perform the work of the post being entrusted to me with true devotion.
