Chandan Kumar, the founder of Regional Education Council, distributed sports material as well as clothes among the rural children at the football ground of Bogula Panchayat located in Chandankiyari block of Bokaro district. On the occasion, the founder of the Regional Education Council, Chandan Kumar said that at present, children are busy with mobiles and their health is adversely affected. Keeping this in mind, today we have distributed some materials. The villagers of Fusro Panchayat surrounded the Zonal Office...

  Villagers gheraoed the zonal office on Tuesday in protest against land encroachment in Fusro village of Chandankiyari zone under Bokaro district. Villagers say that the Zonal Office has repeatedly urged CO Chandankiyari to stop the encroachment of the land, but till now the encroachment of the land has not been stopped. The villagers say that there is a playground for the last fifty years. The people of Bengal are occupying the land with the help of fake papers. Encroachment of land mafia on government land, encroachment-free people came to lay siege to the zonal office. If the villagers agree, the protest will continue till the government land is free from encroachment by the land mafia.

Jharkhand ( Bokaro )   Employees working in Chandankiyari Bokaro Collectorate, all zones and blocks of Bokaro district put on black badges. Members of Non-Gazetted Employees Federation District Branch-Bokaro on Monday protested against the Chandankiyari CO by putting black badges on him for misbehaving with the personnel and using indecent language. Federation District Minister Sukumar Prasad Marandi said that the Chief Minister would be requested to take action against Chandankiyari CO Rama Ravidas through the state federation. The Federation has given a written notice against their activities to the Deputy Commissioner. It may be noted that he was working on the post of CO in Chandrapura, even at that time the Federation had given a written complaint against his activities to the DC. Youth dies after being hit by truck in Chandankiyari, relatives and villagers block road demanding compensation

  Jharkhand (Bokaro) Chandankiyari   29-year-old Raj Kumar Mahtha, a resident of Simulia village under Chandankiyari block, was seriously injured after coming under the grip of a grain laden truck of FCI godown last night. On receiving information about this, Chandankiyari police station ASI Sandeep Kumar Purti reached the spot and sent the serious youth to Chandankiyari CHC for treatment. Where the doctor after first treatment referred him to Bokaro Sadar Hospital. The relatives were taken to Sadar Hospital. Where after being treated by the doctor, he was referred to Ranchi RIMS in view of the condition of serious head injury. The young man died on the way while being taken to Rims. The dead body was brought to Chankiyari police station by the relatives at night. On the second day, relatives and villagers reached Chandankiyari police station for the demand of compensation.
