Ranchi ( Bokaro ) Chandankiyari:-  This is a Diwali gift for the people of Barmasia Power, Amalabad Colliery and Parvatpur Coal Block area of Chandankiyari block under Bokaro district. Local MLA cum Leader of Opposition Amar Kumar Bauri said these things during a press conference held at the residential office in Chandankiyari on Saturday. He said that the successful trial of Barmasiya Power Grid has been done and soon the public will get relief from electricity crisis. He said that the promise of providing 24 hours electricity has been fulfilled. During the tenure of Raghuvar Das government, five electricity sub stations were established in Chandankiyari and power grid in Barmasia. Due to political rivalry of the present government, the people of Chandankiyari had to face electricity crisis for the last four years.However, after pressure from the opposition, the Jharkhand government was finally forced to commission the Barmasiya Power Grid. MLA representative Binod Gorai, SC Morcha District President Fatik Das, Chandankiyari BJP Mandal President Ashok Sharma, Mukhiya Sheetal Singh and many other leaders were present on the occasion.
