Ranchi(Bokaro) In the zonal office Chandan Kyari, Land Reforms Deputy Collector Chas Prabhash Dutta heard 30 cases of mutation. Keeping in mind the convenience of farmers and tenants, the regular court in Chas was replaced by a camp court in Chandan Kyari for hearing. Till now, the court of Land Reforms Deputy Collector has been hearing such cases in the designated office in Chas. To avoid inconvenience to the public and to get their work done in a simple and easy manner, hearing of the case has been started by setting up a camp court. In this, after the tenants themselves bring the desired documents, the case is being executed by matching the documents in the Revenue Department. Although nothing was officially said due to the court matter, but according to the information received, a large number of cases of mutation rejected by the CO level are pending.
