In the two-day camp court at the zonal office, the land reform sub-collector heard 30 cases of mutation
Ranchi(Bokaro) In the zonal office Chandan Kyari, Land Reforms Deputy Collector Chas Prabhash Dutta heard 30 cases of mutation. Keeping in mind the convenience of farmers and tenants, the regular court in Chas was replaced by a camp court in Chandan Kyari for hearing. Till now, the court of Land Reforms Deputy Collector has been hearing such cases in the designated office in Chas. To avoid inconvenience to the public and to get their work done in a simple and easy manner, hearing of the case has been started by setting up a camp court. In this, after the tenants themselves bring the desired documents, the case is being executed by matching the documents in the Revenue Department. Although nothing was officially said due to the court matter, but according to the information received, a large number of cases of mutation rejected by the CO level are pending. Sufficient time is being given to get the work of maximum number of people done, in which the applicant himself is being sent a message on his number, he has to appear on the said date and submit the documents, those who cannot go themselves can present their case through a lawyer. After Tuesday, there will be hearing today on Wednesday as well. Those Dakhil Kharij cases which have been rejected by the CO and appeals have been made again in the DCLR court are being heard. CO Ravi Kumar Anand, CI Ravind Kumar, revenue employee Krishna Prasad, Lal Mohan Ram and other revenue employees were present.
